Queens.

A queen.

The position in a round ofbetting where the player must act after most of the other players have acted (usually considered to be the two positions next to the button).

(1) To fold a hand. (2) To reveal hands after the last bet.

To place the first bet.

When something is wrong with someone's playing technique or strategy.

A structured style of poker that uses fixed limits on betting and raising per round.

The top card or the card of a single-card draw.

To enter the pot by calling rather than raising. Generally the term refers to pre-flop action.

(1)To make a small raise pre-flop. Usually used when you have a very strong hand like AA and wish to provoke a re-raise. (2) To limp in and then re-raise pre-flop.

A player who has posted a blind that is live has the option to raise when it is that player's turn to act. The big blind in Hold'em is a Live Blind.

A fresh card or a card that has not been seen.

A hand that has not been folded or "mucked."

A hold-out device that works up and down a cheater's sleeve.

When a player calls the final bet before the showdown.

A player who plays a lot hands.

A form of draw poker in which the lowest hand wins the pot.
